How to Add an Organizational Structure/Group within the Company

  1. Inside the Company tab in the Navigation bar, click the Group tab. Then, add first the blanket group such as location or branch for offices with several locations by clicking the Add New Group button.
  2. Add New Group window will pop-up. Type the name of the blanket group such as the Location/Department/Division, etc. For this example, since the demo company, Continental Hotel, have three branches, the blanket group will be the first location, Continental Hotel Main Branch. 
  3. If you will be adding several blanket groups, add all general groups first before starting with the subgroups. See the example below.
  4. Start adding the subgroup.
    1. Click the Add button inside the group you want to put subgroup to.
    2. An Add New Window will pop-up. Fill out all the details asked. Then click Save
    3. Once added, the subgroup will be shown inside the box of the general group.
    4. Add as many subgroups as needed before adding another sublevel. When adding another sub-level, click on the plus sign of the subgroup it should belong to.
    5. An Add New window will pop-up. Fill out all the necessary information and click Save.
    6. Once saved, the subgroup will appear under its mother group.
    7. Add as many subgroups as you need by clicking on the plus sign that of their mother group or the group they will be under.
